Excellent service and a very professional experience! He got my AC back up and running after a major company told me I needed to replace the entire unit. His response time was amazing, and he was knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend his services!

It was great working with Fadi and Marco, both were very responsive throughout the whole process, even with planning which models of furnace and heat pump to pick. Some unexpected issues came up during the installation, but the team was very hardworking to get it fixed the next day. We had a new furnace, tankless water heater and heat pump installed--couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! We replaced a 17 year old AC and our house is so much more comfortable in our hot, humid summers!

WOW! We have used Union Air for a few projects and I can't recommend Fadi and his team highly enough. From the very beginning, Fadi was professional, courteous, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, clearly and patiently, never making me feel rushed or talked down to. He even explained the current government mandates and available options, which helped me make informed decisions about some significant and costly upgrades.
The installation team was just as impressive. They were punctual, professional, and treated my home with genuine respect. They literally rolled out the ‘red carpet’ by placing protective floor coverings throughout the areas where they would be walking and working. When the job was finished, everything was spotless. They cleaned up meticulously and cared for my home as if it were their own.
Excellent communication, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with this level of honesty and care. AND they show up when they say they will. If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fadi and his team.

Fadi is truly my hero. During the hottest week we are about to have he rushed in to save the day and fix my central air. He was kind, honest, fast, explained everything so I felt informed as a woman. I felt safe having him in my home and felt secure with the service he provided. I recommend this company to everyone. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service. I won’t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs. Truly a woman safe company :) well done. Bless you sir 🙏
