It was great working with Fadi and Marco, both were very responsive throughout the whole process, even with planning which models of furnace and heat pump to pick. Some unexpected issues came up during the installation, but the team was very hardworking to get it fixed the next day. We had a new furnace, tankless water heater and heat pump installed--couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! From the very beginning, Fadi was professional, courteous, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, clearly and patiently, never making me feel rushed or talked down to. He even explained the current government mandates and available options, which helped me make informed decisions about some significant and costly upgrades.
The installation team was just as impressive. They were punctual, professional, and treated my home with genuine respect. They literally rolled out the ‘red carpet’ by placing protective floor coverings throughout the areas where they would be walking and working. When the job was finished, everything was spotless. They cleaned up meticulously and cared for my home as if it were their own.
Excellent communication, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service from start to finish.
